Been trying to reach them by phone for 9 months!! Often no answering system and when I WAS able to leave voicemail (4 times) no one ever responded to my messages!!
Supposedly they close at 2:00pm, I left my office from Manhattan earlier in order to be there on time or before. I arrived at 1:50pm and found the door closed and locked, knocked and knocked and can you believe people inside not attending.
People that are running it, are the most disgusting in management and operations.
They never answer the phone. I have been trying to reach them for two weeks! No answering machine so I can't even leave a message. I cannot find an e-mail address either. Frustrating!
