I love Pet Smart! The store in Garfield hasn't been open long but is already from what I saw not very good at cleaning the tanks and cages. There were bugs in almost every one I looked at. The people working there are nice. I did mention it when I was checking out and I was told "tomorrow is cleaning day" not sure how often they are supposed to be cleaned but it needs to be done more often.

This was my first time coming to this location and I must say I have never had a better customer service experience. His name is Will and he helped me from the moment I walked in all the way to checkout. If hes not the manager he should be because he was so sweet. Also Debbie in Banfield was also very helpful guiding me though their insurance plans. Me and my little pup will definitely be coming back! Great location and nice they are open on Sundays.
