There was rat droppings in my storage unit and the price is always going up. Noone answers the phones and when you leave a message like they ask you too ,they don't return your call. I had to drive 1,200 miles to get my stuff out of storage and had been calling for a week .that resulted in me paying for a whole month of storage, because I couldn't find out the information I needed. They are not professional and are way over priced. They have no generator so my husband's expensive guitars were need new pick guards due to power outages the have so very often. There are more photos., but I'm just done and so disappointed. They are not a place to trust your possessions in if you need to move far away.
They have a nerve to charge as much as thy do. Rate increases every year. Consider the fact that they have low overhead.
The staff is very helpful and fast when you need your unit quickly only down side is that there's no 24 hour access
